Joe is most well known for two things: Apples, and more apples. Joe is an apple farmer in Sparta who spends most of his time in the fields, and with his dog, Bailey, who rides in the truck with him. When he's not spending time with his dog in the fields, he enjoys a good game of golf, the MSU Spartans, and spending time with his grandchildren, and of course, his wife.
